SPQR Blues: Blues: 24-Hour Comics Day - hour I

I've been recovering for a very long time while you've all been waiting. Now it's time for a reward (or punishment, we'll see how it goes). Last year, I completed (mostly, sort of, with residual dazed commentary) the end of a chapter during 24-Hour Comics Day, though things got a little bizarre toward the end. Just a warning.
